Rob DeVita represented Alohanap at the Data Center Table of Experts Panel. Pete Kay, President of CyberCom, Inc., was the interviewer.
How do you both define your companies? What does AlohaNAP do?
AlohaNAP is a carrier neutral data center located in Kapolei. Our facility has some strong points that we bring to the market; we’re two-and-a-half miles inland and 130 feet above sea level. But more importantly, it’s our infrastructure itself: we have poured concrete walls and are the only purpose-built data center on the island. The critical systems in back allow us to provide 100% uptime for our customers, whether that’s from a cooling perspective or a power perspective.
